Questions and Answers

Questions and Answers:

Q. What is cold laser therapy?

A. Cold laser therapy provides clients with a safe, effective and painless therapy that uses the body's own natural healing systems to relieve pain, increase joint mobility, increase tissue integrity and promote cell regeneration.

Q. How does cold laser therapy work?

A. Cold laser works by supplying energy to the body in the form of billions of photons of light. The body absorbs the laser light on a cellular level and transforms it into chemical energy, which the body then uses to commence its own tissue repairs. The bio-stimulating effect of cold laser therapy causes a decrease of inflammation and pain and promotes an increase in tissue regeneration and healing.

*Benefits of cold laser therapy include the fact that it is drug free, non-toxic, non-invasive, extremely safe and virtually painless, easy to apply with no side effects, cost effective and has a 90% efficacy for clients.

Q. Why should I use cold laser therapy?

A.  Simple answer is, "Time is Money."  When your equine athlete requires time off it can become costly. Muscle and tendon strains, joint sprains and wounds are common injuries in equine athletes.  Equine tissue, like human tissue, is highly vulnerable to repetitive stress and can be career limiting for the athlete if not treated properly for the first time. Depending on the injury, the equine athlete can return to competition usually within a few weeks instead of many months of stall rest. This means that your equine athlete can be back to competing in a fraction of the time!

FYI:

*Biological Effects of cold laser therapy include rapid cell growth, faster wound healing, increase metabolic activity, reduction of fibrous tissue formation, anti-inflammatory, increased vascular activity and stimulated nerve function.

*Keeping our equine athletes at top peak performance or maintaining the soundness of our retired grand-champions is always a challenge and the use of cold laser therapy for Preventative, Maintenance and Rehabilitation programs has aided in that success of not only keeping our horses sound and pain-free but many, many trips to the Podium and Winners Circle.

  1. Greasy oil and dead skin cells make pore-clogged for which toxins can’t go out from our skin and that particular areas, as a result, become the perfect breeding ground for bacterial infection and acne blemishes.
For acne laser treatment therapy combines bi-polar radio frequency (RF) and blue light. This light spectrum and frequency are used to treat specific “target” conditions of the skin to destroy the active bacteria and slowing excessive oil production and active the healing process of pre-existing acne for leaving the skin with better texture.
but remember before haveing this therapy because many research have shown side effects of laser treatment, careful about that. You can cheek your doctors laser hair removal courses certificat

  3. Being able to heal faster is a great thing. Is it helpful for the elderly? I know that they sometimes don't heal as fast.
